What are your delivery lead-times?
Rockwool does not hold stock and therefore lead times can vary depending on the type of product ordered, the size of the order and where you are located. Our Quotation Management Department can indicate an estimated delivery date when you place your order.

Are Rockwool Technical Insulation products certified for use in Marine & Offshore?
Rockwool does have a range of products that are tested and certified for use within the Marine industry, and are produced in factories certified for the production of Marine standard products. The product labels will show the mandatory wheel mark.

Where can I find the test reports that support the certificates?
It is our policy not to publish test reports externally simply due to the sheer size and volume of the documentation that would need to be processed.
Rockwool is ISO 9001 certified for the development, manufacture, marketing and sales of thermal, acoustic and fire protection insulation systems for industrial and technical installations. This means that the systems, standards and processes are in place to ensure that our products are manufactured in accordance with the appropriate norms, standards and specifications.
If required we are happy to provide a Certificate of Compliance for the product(s) that we have supplied to you. Please contact our Customer Service Department for further information.
